Welcome to BeeClean Pro Services (“BeeClean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store (hosted through Ecwid), and service booking platform, as well as any purchases or payments you make through the site.

By accessing or using our website, booking a cleaning service, or completing a payment—including through Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit card, or any other method—you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

BeeClean Pro Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, construction cleans, special cleanings, and other related services offered on our website.

Service availability may vary by location, schedule, or staffing capacity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Online Store & Booking Platform (Ecwid)

Our website and storefront are powered by Ecwid. By using our online booking and purchasing features, you acknowledge that:

• Ecwid provides the e-commerce infrastructure for scheduling, payments, and order management.
• Ecwid may collect data required to process payments and secure transactions.
• Your use of Ecwid’s checkout process is also subject to Ecwid’s own terms and privacy policies.

3. Payments

We accept various payment methods for services, including:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Other methods supported through Ecwid Payment Providers

All payments are processed securely through third-party processors integrated with Ecwid. BeeClean Pro Services does not store your full payment information. Payment is due immediately upon completion of service, payment made later than 24 hours after service is subject to a $25 per day fee and any other fees incurred to collect payment, including but not limited to legal action.

3.1 Apple Pay & Google Pay

By choosing Apple Pay or Google Pay, you acknowledge:

• Payment tokens are processed through Apple/Google’s secured systems.
• Your stored card information is not shared with BeeClean Pro Services.
• Authorization for the transaction is handled by Apple/Google Pay according to their policies.
• Any issues related to your Apple or Google account (authentication failure, device issues, fraud alerts, etc.) must be resolved with the respective provider.

3.2 Payment Authorization

By submitting a payment, you authorize BeeClean Pro Services to:

• Charge the amount displayed at checkout,
• Charge applicable taxes or service fees,
• Charge for add-on services requested after the initial booking,
• Charge cancellation or rescheduling fees when applicable.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1 Scheduling

Appointments made online are considered requests until confirmed by BeeClean Pro Services via email, phone, or text.

4.2 Cancellations / Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Fees may be applied for:

• Same-day cancellation
• Missed appointments
• Inaccessible homes or properties upon arrival

A fee of $50 minimum, $100 for round trip distances surpassing 20 miles.

5. Refund Policy

Payments for cleaning services are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Refunds or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if:

• A service was not completed,
• A billing error occurred,
• A legitimate quality concern is submitted within 1 hours of service.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, including Apple Pay or Google Pay when applicable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking.
• Ensure safe access to your property at the scheduled time.
• Secure pets, valuables, and hazardous materials.
• Notify BeeClean of any special conditions (fragile surfaces, allergies, security codes, etc.).

BeeClean is not liable for damages caused by undisclosed or unsafe conditions.

7. Service Quality & Re-Clean Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any part of your cleaning:

1. Notify us within 24 hours, and
2. We will schedule a re-clean of the specific area(s) at no additional cost.

This does not apply if:

• Conditions changed after the cleaning,
• Additional services were expected but not booked,
• The complaint is submitted after the 24-hour window.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disable, or disrupt the site or Ecwid platform,
• Copy content without permission,
• Use our system for fraudulent or misleading activity.

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate use for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, branding, graphics, and materials on the website belong to BeeClean Pro Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BeeClean Pro Services provides the website “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted website access,
• error-free performance,
• or compatibility with every device/browser.
• Client Presence during cleaning may effect final results and delay services. BeeClean Pro Services will not be responsible for errors or unfinished items/areas or longer cleaning times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, BeeClean Pro Services is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages to property or material possessions sue to cleaning,
• Payment processing issues caused by Apple, Google, or your bank,
• Losses from system outages or booking errors.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

• What data we collect [Name, Location, Phone Number and Email Only]
• How it is used [Contact and Home Access for cleaning Only]
• How Ecwid and payment processors contribute to data handling [Please refer to Ecwid Privacy Policy]
• You agree to allow filming of non identifying items and areas of your home for BeeClean Pro Services Content on Social Media Platforms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date changed accordingly.

Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
