Post Construction Cleaning - Final Clean - Base $.40 per sq ft

Detailed Clean

• Full dusting of all surfaces (walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fixtures, outlets, and vents)
• Vacuuming and mopping of all floors (may require multiple passes)
• Detailed cleaning of cabinets (inside and out), closets, and shelving
• Sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms (sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, countertops)
• Interior window cleaning and removal of stickers/protective film

• Final dusting/wipe down of all horizontal surfaces
• Spot-cleaning smudges, fingerprints, and streaks on glass and mirrors
• Final polish of fixtures, sinks, faucets, and appliances
• Floor shining/buffing (if required)
• Ensuring property is “move-in ready”
• Client presence during cleaning may affect final results. Areas actively used during service are not guaranteed to remain debris-free after completion.
