Phase 1: Rough Clean
- Removal of small/light construction debris, trash, and leftover (non hazardous) materials
- Sweeping and vacuuming (including shop-vac for heavy dust)
- Dust removal from walls, ceilings, and baseboards
- Initial cleaning of windows, frames, and tracks (if ready)
- Spot cleaning of adhesive, caulk, and paint overspray (if applicable)
- Client presence during cleaning may affect final results. Areas actively used during service are not guaranteed to remain debris-free after completion.
