Post Construction Cleaning - Mid Clean - per Sq Ft

Phase 1: Rough Clean

• Removal of small/light construction debris, trash, and leftover (non hazardous) materials
• Sweeping and vacuuming (including shop-vac for heavy dust)
• Dust removal from walls, ceilings, and baseboards
• Initial cleaning of windows, frames, and tracks (if ready)
• Spot cleaning of adhesive, caulk, and paint overspray (if applicable)
  
  Client presence during cleaning may affect final results. Areas actively used during service are not guaranteed to remain debris-free after completion.
  Full amount due at time of Service Completion. There is a $25 per day fee for payment beyond 8 hrs of Service, up to but not limited to 14 days.
